- Skills: Teachers recognize how to prioritize and manage their time so that teaching does not overwhelm and consume them by building a reflective teaching practice. Teachers become skilled at recognizing educational inequity without burning out.
- Mindset: Teaching is not an entirely altruistic profession that people should stay in forever. Teaching is a career, and should be pursued as such.
